I’ve been crazed with getting my manuscript Song of Africa, together. I watch the clock, feed the dogs, cats, chickens, child, me, attend the house, time is winding down. I have eight hours to piece together two stories, to change the first person point of view to omnipotent. I have an hour to go, half, 15 minutes, Stop.
Did I take a shower today?
Nope.
I’m in a towel when my husband gets home.
I do the same the next day.
This short blog goes against copywriting advice that says, "Longer wins out every time."
It beats me why. I just say "Get to the point. Tell me how much it costs, and I'm out of here."
Nothing costs here. I got to the point. My point was just a comment to writers who understand what I am talking about, and I wonder, what say you, long copy or short copy?
Keep writing. Have fun.
We have to do it, don't we? Writing I mean.
We have to do it, don't we? Writing I mean.
